Used for your feature sheets, advertising and MLS descriptions.

Allows easy access for showings.

Access to MLS and its publications:
The MLS is without question the most important tool in selling your home. It exposes your home to around 500 Realtors in the Kelowna area. Up to 80% of all sales are through another Realtor finding a buyer. In addition, our local MLS is connected to the Internet through www.mls.ca which allows out of town (relocation) buyers access to your listing.

Internet:
Through this site (sellingkelona.com), mls.ca, and our RE/MAX office's web-site we are able to provide detailed information and pictures of your home to the World.

Feature Sheets:
Two to four pages of information and pictures of your home. Left out during showings for perspective buyers. The purpose of the feature sheet is to inform and remind the prospective buyer of the features and benefits of your home.

Office Tour:
As soon as possible after a home is listed we hold an office tour. The purpose is two-fold:

  1. We want our Realtors to be as familiar as possible with your home so that when we get calls on ads or signs from other Realtors or members of the general public, all of us will be able to answer questions about your home. Also we want your home to stick in as many salespeople minds as possible.
  2. We ask each of our salespeople independently for their opinion of what the home should sell for. The results are tabulated when we get back to the office, and provided to you as feedback on your pricing strategy.

Neighborhood flyers:
These flyers alert your neighbors that your home is for sale in the hope that they might know of someone who would like to live in the neighborhood.

3 Different Ad copies:
We write 3 ads that should appeal to a cross section of the market. We ask that the owner preview the ads before they go to print. Deadlines are often weeks in advance and often hard to change.

Advertising in real estate publications:
All weekly ads feature ad copies along with a picture of the property.

Special announcement Realtor circulars:
Any time that we have a special announcement concerning your home we send a flyer to all Central Okanagan Realtors inform them of it.

Monthly Sales Analysis for your area:
Along with your ads that have been printed for the month we provide you with the most current sales and listing within your area. This information should inform you of the market and help in making further decision regarding the sale of your home.

Extensive relocation and referral networking:
