3 Different Ad copies:
We write 3 ads that should appeal to a cross section of the market. We ask that the owner
preview the ads before they go to print. Deadlines are often weeks in advance and often

All weekly ads feature ad copies along with a picture of the property.
Special announcement Realtor circulars:
Any time that we have a special announcement concerning your home we send a flyer to all
Central Okanagan Realtors inform them of it.
